The client

PARALLEL Events Co. is an event production agency that builds standout brand experiences from the ground up. For JUNOs weekend in Hamilton, they brought in Wasabi Media to help bring SkipTheDishes' private sponsor party — headlined by hometown act Arkells — to life across every physical touchpoint.

+

The problem

SkipTheDishes needed their "Skip to the Good Part(y)" concept to show up everywhere a guest looked — signage, food packaging, photo moments, merch — without clashing with the venue's existing neon and built-in fixtures already in place. For a private, VIP crowd during one of the biggest weekends in Canadian music, every printed detail had to feel intentional and on-brand.

The solution

Wasabi Media produced and printed the full system of branded touchpoints that carried the "Skip to the Good Part(y)" concept through the space — working around the venue's existing neon and millwork to layer our own graphics in cleanly, from the photo wall to what guests ate and drank.

The execution

We printed and delivered the step-and-repeat photo backdrop, directional and DJ booth signage, and all branded food and beverage packaging — SKIP bags, burger boxes, cups, cocktail picks, and napkins — plus branded tote bags for guests to take home. Every piece tied back to one concept, turning a private sponsor party into a cohesive, camera-ready night for JUNOs weekend in Hamilton.
